Membership is open to all OT practitioners and students who subscribe to the mission and purpose of AAPOTA. The annual membership fee is $20/- for OT Practitioners, $20/- for non-OT (associate) members, and $10/- for students who live in the USA or Canada. For individuals living in all other countries, the annual membership fee is $10/- for OT practitioners, $10/- non-OT (associate) members, and $5/- for students. All amounts are in US dollars only. Please make all checks payable to AAPOTA. You may submit the online membership application by pressing the "submit" button on the upper right hand corner of the form. Please reference your check (under item "12" of the application). Online submitted memberships will only be confirmed after the check with due membership fees have been received and processed. If you do not wish to submit the application online, please print the application and snail mail it with your check to the following address:
